I am stunned by how badly him, his family and his friend have treated you; and the gall to ask you not to report him! What a crazy bunch of people. Be thankful they will be out of your life.

I know you're hurting because I know you loved him, but you're a strong woman and I know you will rise above this.

Like others have said, keep all evidence of his fraud because he shouldn't get to stay here on your dime. He shouldn't get away with this. No one should toy with someone's feelings and get to walk away from it like it was nothing.

Thank so much for that info. I wasn't sure what to do. I want to burn his GC and SScard. I purchased a mailbox with a lock on it today so he cant take the mail out while I'm gone to work.

I would have just had the postoffice to hold all of my mail for the next 60 days, I would pick my mail up at the postoffice, that way only I would have access. Send any and all mail that is addressed to him back.

He isn''t on the brite side, left before GC in hand.

Take the time to grieve if you have to, but don't EVER blame yourself for this. He's the loser, he's the liar, he's the dishonest one, he's the moron. He has far more to lose than you do, so take comfort in that. We can't always choose whom we fall in love with, and no one ever knows what the future holds - so you didn't do this to yourself. Ok?

People say mean things when you're already down and when they don't have any facts supporting their claim just to make you feel like the bad guy or worse about yourself. I know it's got to hurt no matter what. Good idea. I'm going to check into this first thing monday morning. And yea, he's not too bright. They coached him but left out that one big important piece of info

No, not 100% normal. There were some signs but they were things that anyone making the transtion would do or say. The hesitation or fear. We've had rough patches....but he always made it better and proved his love for me. When he came with the cops today - I knew that love never existed.

The ONLY thing keeping my head above water is looking at my kids. They are so great and have exceeded so much more than I could have ever expected. With them by my side, I will get through this. But it hurts....it hurts like hell

Yes...that's me and I have 2 teens. The last part of what you said is soooo true. I was sleeping with the enemy and the best thing is that he isnt around us anymore

Op - I'm so sorry this happened to you. I know it will take some time to heal but I know the human spirit will prevail. At least is better that he revealed the true motive now then down the road. I know that it doesn't lessen the pain now you'll look back and be happy it came to light now.
