Hi everyone,

Apologies if this has been asked before but I cant seem to find any answers anywhere!

I married a us citizen in January in the US and then returned home to the Uk. Basically I want to apply for a spouse visa as I would like to be able to work when moving to the u.s.

I have been reading the instructions for the I-130. It says for proof of relationship I need sworn affidavits from people to confirm it is a true relationship. My query is how many of these should I provide and who should I ask to do it - should it be family or friends or some from both?

I'd really appreciate any advice or experience you can share regarding this as I am going crazy not being able to find any info on it. Unfortunately we don't have a joint account or any property together to show as proof.

Thank you in advance :)
