Each "Separate" 325-A should be Originally signed by each of you. Keep a copy but send the Original with your petition.

I'm alittle lost on the Citizenship. Only a guess a copy will work. Maybe someone else can answer that. It would seem to me a copy is fine. But I hate to guess.

That I'm not sure of. I don't think so. That would be like sending your Original Birth Certificates and that would be Not required. The Certification of Citizenship would be the same but THATS A GUESS. Wait for another answer.

Send a colored copy of your citizenship form - the front and back. And of course send the original G-325 signed by you and your fiance. Make 2 copies of everthing so that you will keep one for your record and send one to your fiance whenever she is getting close to getting her visa.

Sent I-129 Application to VSC 2/1/12
NOA1 2/8/12
RFE 8/2/12
RFE reply 8/3/12
NOA2 8/16/12
NVC received 8/27/12
NVC left 8/29/12
Manila Embassy received 9/5/12
Visa appointment & approval 9/7/12
Arrived in US 10/5/2012
Married 11/24/2012
AOS application sent 12/19/12

AOS approved 8/24/13

I agree. It just would'nt make sense to send Originals of such a delicate document.

Do you have a US passport? If you do, that's all you need. make a photocopy of all pages of the passport. Even the blank pages.

Your passport is the primary proof that you're a US citizen whether natural born, naturalized or through parents - no certificate necessary.

If you do not have a US passport, send a legible color copy of the front and back (even if it's blank) of the certificate of citizenship - Do not send the original.

-

The G-325A for the foreigner is the only form in there that does not have to be signed. I'd still advise you get him/her to sign it and mail it to you, as he/she will have to send you a passport style photo either way.
