Hey guys!!

In the employment letter, I do not make salary, I am paid hourly so it is ok for them to state my hourly wage...thanks for any help!! :)

Fede&Kendra, I looked at the I134 instructions and it does not say anything specific about how a person gets paid, only to state what your salary is and if the postion is temporary or permanent. I also looked back at a poster that asked this same question and the response was for the employer to put down your hourly wage in the letter. As long as you have the other pieces like your tax return and W-2's and a few recent pay stubs and your income is above the 125% rule, then you should be fine. Maybe someone who has had an interview in Bogota with this same issue will weigh in, otherwise, if you still want further confirmation, then I would call USCIS and ask just to be sure.

that is what my employer put also. Said full time and hourly wage. with recent pay stubs and w-2's it should be plenty of proof.

Thank you so much for the fast reply! I figured it would be ok....I mean that's all I have, and it's better to make sure then to assume. hahaha.
