Filling out form G-325A

For Citizenship/Nationality do I put American or United States?

The instuctions for the I-130 say "Except for your name and signature you do not have to repeat on Form G-325A the information given on you Form I-130 petion."

Did you completed it??

My wife put "USA" - It's only three letters and it does the trick!

And yes, better to fill out everything. If you fill out too much, it won't hurt you. If you don't fill out enough, you'll slow down the process. If the answer is none, put "None", If it doesn't apply to you, put "N/A"

"USA" works fine.

Just a heads up, as mentioned use "N/A" for "not applicable" and "none" for "none" - but don't mix up the two. They mean completely different things and will generate an RFE if used incorrectly.

Very true. If for example you don't have a middle name, write "None", as "N/A" would suggest that "middle name" is something unknown that does not apply to your case.

If you answer "no" to whether you've previously been married, "N/A" would be appropriate for the name of your former spouse.

incorrect use of N/A and None tend to confuse the hard working men and women of the USCIS and they result in annoying RFEs.

That being said.. I wonder how many Jane Does have received NOAs addressed for Jane None Doe..

You can put AMERICAN, USA, UNITED STATES they will understand it.

That being said.. I wonder how many Jane Does have received NOAs addressed for Jane None Doe..
