Hello, again :|.

Getting tired of typing out this little blurb, maybe I'll copypaste it next time :

Applied for and got a K1 last year, moved to USA, had to move back due to medical emergency, now in the process of obtaining a IR1/CR1.

I had a medical at Knightsbridge in London on the 17th of March 2011. Will I need to have another medical, or can I bring the results of that one? Last time I applied I swear I found an expiry date in a guide somewhere here, but now I can't find it, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks .

You would have to get another medical done is what I think. Cos it's over a year now. Sounds logical!

Here is a link to the London medical information. Near the top of page 2 it tells you that the results are valid for 12 months. Shame.

I suggest you go armed with information from your GP about your recent condition - mine went back 17 years (so the prognosis was pretty good!) but they still wanted the details.

Aw, that's rubbish. Another £200 + travel costs down the drain ._.

I'll ask my GP for info on my cancer treatment prior to heading to London.

I just wanted to say it's really nice to see you back after your treatment. I remember your visa posts and then about having to leave not long after you finally got here. I think you were in the Houston area like us. All the best to you.

Yes, that was me, my wife still lives in Houston so hopefully in a few months I'll be back there too .
