Will really appreciate if someone can help me with following

For family based AOS - I am on H1 and my wife is US citizen.

For I130 and I485 I need to send CURRENT I-94 as well as I-797 with my application for sure. My question is do I need to send copy of OLDDER I-94 and I-797 ( previous TN and H1b). I have been on TN and H1b before my current H1b job.

Will really appreciate the reply.

Thank you

They want the I-94 from when you last entered the country. If that is the older one you are asking about, and you got a new I-94 without leaving the country, then yes, you need the old one. Your question was a little vague - in the future you might get more responses if you can be more specific. I am still not sure if my interpretation is what you are asking.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Thanks for the info. I will try to be more clear this time -

I entered on TN and had I-94 . Renewed TN twice. Followed by H1 and then H1 transfer to my current company. All with in United States.

With latest H1b I travelled overseas recently like a month back.

On my way handed over the original I-94 .Got a new one when I rentered the country.

So I have copy of 1 old I-94 and current I-94.

I have copy of 3 old I-797A notices(old Tn and H1) and one copy for current I-797A(current H1b) . Do I just need to send the current I-94 and I-797A with my I-485 and I-130 OR even the old ones.

Thanks again for helping me to sort this thing.
