The board is still here. Slim is still around.

I am still married. It was seven years in December. Coming up on four years since pasing the California Bar. Still doing bankruptcy law full time with cherry picked easy immigration cases on the side.

Some funny videso for you all to enjoy if you understand Russian:

а в моей стране все есть

России слишком легко взять кредит

Nice to have you back. Glad to hear all's well. Don't be a stranger. We need some more "old school" RUBbers on here.

Thanks all for the welcome back. I am not sure how much I can really contribute any more. I haven't been to Russia since 2004 although my wife and I go through the routine fight every year about her trip. I was hoping for some comments about the videos and pictures, but I guess when you are all worried about the immigration process it sort of gets ignored.

Here is one without any words. 12 years of Putin in 2 minutes. Most likely another 12 years to come. Anybody else voting on Sunday?

Hell, I don't contribute anything either.

I don't think everyone's worrying about immigration... it's that nobody can understand Russian. Sure, we all know the 12 words our wives yell at us when she's ticked off, but as for watching TV or movies, clips, etc., we need subtitles. I know I check stuff out, but as soon as I read, "if you understand Russian" I skipped right over them. I don't even understand the Russian I live with.

On that note, Swamp People came on TV the other day and she was laughing her #### off. "Why these people need subtitles? They American, no? I event don't speak English as first language but nobody need subtitle to understand me, blat. And they have subtitle. HA!"

Here is one without any words. 12 years of Putin in 2 minutes. Most likely another 12 years to come. Anybody else voting on Sunday?

Now that's what we need, images! No confusing Russian words to try to understand. (Although Nord Ost and School #1 were hard to ignore. As was the mayor tag on Medvedev's chair.) I watched a Nat Geo special on the West's relations with Putin last night. It was interesting, to say the least.

I also talked briefly with my MIL when she was here. I asked about Putin being protested in Moscow. She said, "Russians like Putin." I asked why, if they liked him, would all those protesters be out in the streets. She replied, "Moscow is not Russia." I'm pretty sure he's going to be reelected. Just like Obama.

And these two big-egos will clash sometime in the near future, probably over Iran, probably to the point of our militaries having to go at it, and it's probably going to be the end of the world. But hey, Snooki's pregnant!

There goes another two years since I've been on here. We'll be celebrating 10 years of marriage this year. How time flies.

For my fellow Ukrainians you should enjoy this video:

My wife also finished her Master's in Speech pathology last year and now works for our lovely school district. Here is how it typically goes:

Lastly, we purchased a commercial building for my law practice. But at the end of the day the below setup would make the most sense.

I guess we check in with the same frequency.

Congrats on your office. Perfect set up right there with the liquor store and all. Oh, and the 10 years thing too. My wife and I are still supposed to get divorced any day now but she just won't leave.

See ya in two years.

The picture of the liquor store was a joke.

The actual office is quite boring. See for yourself:

https://maps.google.com/maps?q=5015+Madison+Ave,+Sacramento,+CA&hl=en&ll=38.660825,-121.347234&spn=0.007548,0.013937&sll=38.661327,-121.347876&layer=c&cbp=13,3.71,,0,0.05&cbll=38.660962,-121.347904&hnear=5015+Madison+Ave,+Sacramento,+California+95841&t=h&z=17&iwloc=A&panoid=3dCFu1HnJpJvATjGLZ1J7w

I will be in the front and I have Hertz as a tenant. The office sits on 0.66 acres of land so I have a huge parking lot in the back for all of their cars.

I tried updating my profile to list my business website and then my calbar profile but the VJ team frowned upon both. Some how it is considered advertisement. Go figure.
