Hello All!

I am starting the AOS process and need a bit of clarification...

When I originally filed my K-1 visa application I had to use a co-sponsor... As such, I filled out an Affidavit of Support on behalf of myself (even though I am not working and was relying SOLELY on my co-sponsor)... In addition to filling out an Affidavit of Support using my co-sponsor's info...

This is my question... Do I need to AGAIN submit 2 Affidavits of Support... 1 with MY info & 1 with my CO-SPONSOR'S info?

Thanks in advance for any assistance and guidance you may be able to lend

If you're still below the income threshold then yes you again need a joint sponsor. Whether you pick someone new or use the original one is up to you.

If you do not meet the income requirements yes you have to have a co-sponsor just like before.

Yes that's right, if you do not meet the financial qualifications then you and a co-sponsor must submit the forms.

Thank you ALL... Afrikan Queen, Thank you & I greet you specially as those were the "Exact Words" I was looking for... There needs to be 2 sets of the forms submitted ... 1 Love
