Should i send my entire 129f package in a couple different tabbed file folders, like the ones doctors use? Separating each document by iwhat it is, or should i buy an expandable folder that has a couple dividers in it with tabs, and send it all in that?

Paper clips on the associated items, a binder clip on the whole thing and stuff it in an envelope.

Anything you send is disassembled and put into their folder in the order they prefer. No one beyond the mailroom will see anything you do.

For the interviews (there will be several in the process) I found the expandable folders with dividers to be ideal. Slide each document into a slot, label it and there is is ready to whip out and hand over. Alla went to three interviews by herself (her AOS, Sergeys K-2 interview and her Citizenship) and was able to just open that folder and hand over what they need.

Cool should i put each paper in any see through plastic for protection? Or not needed?

But thanks ill just paper clip the revelant papers and put them all in one folder. With the cover letter being the first paper. Then the payment and so on as stated in the k-1 guide :). Reason i asked is because i saw a lot of videos on you tube and most the people had those expanding folders with divisions in them. But makes more sense to send that to my fiancee for her interview. Thanks

Its often recommended that you just punch the two holes in the top of the papers, hold them together with an ecco clip - no plastic sleeves. They often switch things around to suit their individual method of checking the information and forms off, and by using this method they can do that without any unnecessary folders etc in the way. It keeps things simple.

Don't forget to keep a copy of the whole petition so you know exactly what you sent and in case you need to refer to anything along the way.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
