I did attach pictures and all the time i had visit him (like 10 times in 2 years lol ) i think that will be enough for them.

For the declaration of how we met in person within the last 2 years on the 129f, how long does this letter have to be? Do i have to write the uscis address on this letter as well? And how much should i describe. Can i say something like this? Does it sound ok? Thank you

Dear to whom it may concern,

i met my fiancee 2 years ago through some of our contact friends on face book. We talked for about 8 months, and then i went to visit her in lithuania. I stayed at her house with her parents and 2 sisters from (this date to this date) and we enjoyed every second of spending time together, very much. I asked her to marry me in her home one day while there, and she accepted happily. I thank you for taking the time to read this.

I put mine together like a timeline story with lots of dates. I was told they would ask alot of questions from it at the interview.

The timeline is very important for the visa application and interview at HCMC, not so much for USCIS.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

I just filled in the box, didn't add an extra sheet of paper. I think it was something like "After initially meeting Claudia on YA in March 2008, I went to visit her for a month in September 2008, and then returned in March 2009, March-August 2010 and January 2011."

USCIS [*] 22 Nov. 2011 - I-129 package sent; [*] 25 Nov. 2011 - Package delivered; [*] 25 Nov. 2011 - NOA1/petition received and routed to the California Service Center; [*] 30 Nov. 2011 - Touched/confirmation though text message and email; [*] 03 Dec. 2011 - Hard copy received; [*]24 April 2012 - NOA2 (no RFEs)/text message/email/USCIS account updated; [*] 27 April 2012 - NOA2 hard copy received.

NVC [*] 14 May 2012 - Petition received by NVC ; [*] 16 May 2012 - Petition left NVC.

EMBASSY [*] 18 May 2012 - Petition arrived at the US Embassy in Bucharest; [*] 22 May 2012 - Package 3 received; [*] 24 May 2012 - Package sent to the consulate, interview date set; [*] 14 June 2012 - Interview date, approved.

POE [*] 04 July 2012 - Minneapolis/St.Paul. [*] 16 September 2012 - Wedding Day!

AOS/EAD/AP [*] 04 February 2013 - AOS/EAD/AP package sent; [*] 07 February 2013 - AOS/EAD/AP package delivered; [*] 12 February 2013 - NOA1 text messages/emails; [*] 16 February 2013 - NOA1 received in the regular mail; [*] 28 February 2013 - Biometrics letter received (appointment date, March 8th); [*] 04 March 2013 - Biometrics walk-in completed (9 out of 10 fingerprints taken, pinky would not give in); [*] 04 April 2013 - EAD/AP card approved; [*] 11 April 2013 - Combo card sent/tracking number obtained; [*] 15 April 2013 - Card delivered.

[*] 15 May 2013 - Moved from MN to LA; [*] 17 May 2013 - Applied for a new SS card/filed an AR-11 online (unsuccessfully), therefore called and spoke to a Tier 2 and changed the address; [*] 22 May 2013 - Address updated on My Case Status (finally can see the case numbers online); [*] 28 May 2013 - Letter received in the mail confirming the change of address; [*] 31 July 2013 - Went to Romania; [*] 12 September 2013 - returned to the US using the AP, POE Houston, everything went smoothly; [*] 20 September 2013 - Spoke to a Tier2 and put in a service request; [*] 23 September 2013 - Got "Possible Interview Waiver" letter (originally sent on August, 29th to my old address, returned and re-routed to my current address); [*] 1 October 2013 - Started a new job.

It would be nice if all these evidence presented for K! and spousal Visa's come with a template. But I can see that for K1 its pretty simple just a few short sentences.

For The IR1/CR1 Visa however you have to sho the before, during and after the marriage. So I asked right here on VJ and got a good template for doing a "Evolution of a relationship". It"s 3 pages covers From July 9, 2009 to the present.

But as long as you state how you met where you met and what happened and you in love and intend to be married within that 90 days you should be cool.

Also for the Passport evidence just your biographical page and pages showing your stamps that you entered and exited. Thats what they want to see. Airline tickets also with boarding passes.

God Bless

If i state that i met my fiancee on facebook. but we dont have any face book messages because we both deleted our fb accounts a little after we met. should i still state that we met on face book? or should i just say we met through friends online? which is safer?

here's all i could fit typing in the box for question 18 on the 129f. I might change the part where says we met on facebook because we dont have any old facebook messages saved.

I met my fiancee Valentina Baranskaja in September 2010 through friends on facebook. We met each other in person when I traveled to Lithuania to see her from November 9, 2011 to November 22, 2011. I stayed with her and her parents in their home during my whole visit, I proposed to her in her home on 11-17-2011, which she accepted, and I am happy to say we are very much in Love.

good.gif Looks great! Short, sweet and to the point. If I were you, I wouldn't leave out the Facebook part, even if you no longer have your accounts; however you can also replace Facebook for ONLINE through friends. That, to me, establishes how you first came in contact with her and decided to go visit.

My husband and I met through a fb application that shut down a month or two later. I saved one screenshot from it but it contained no text. They only asked about how me met but never asked for evidence. We did write it in the "how me met" that we initially met on fb and then how me met in person in date/year - establishing meeting in person is the important factor however it's up to you what information to include. As long as you can both remember what you've put there. Any information submitted may or may not be asked about at the interview; whether it's to confirm the details or to catch you in a lie.

ALWAYS.... ALWAYS tell the TRUTH. You met on FB then state that... it is the truth.

But for describing how you met they more so want to know about your meeting in person.

Yes, John, even if you don't have the evidence because they are not asking you for evidence on HOW YOU MET, they are asking you for evidence proving that you have MET face to face with your fiancee.

The fact you met (knew about her existence in the entire world) through Facebook, determines just THAT. That you two were individuals from different parts of the world, and that you became acquainted through a Social Media Website (Facebook), where you started to communicate digitally; leading to your visit in her home Country.

Keep it simply, but NEVER hide anything that is relevant. Facebook IS relevant.......
