Is this referring to DCF?

Have any of you filled this way in Haiti (they say it would take less than three months).

I lived in Haiti 7 out of 12 months in 2011.

The only reason I'm not with my husband in Haiti right now is because we have a newborn (born in Dec 2011) and we're waiting for him to be a little older to travel back to Haiti.

Is this way of filling possible in Haiti??

if your place is on the list of international USCIS offices then you can file DCF if you meet the requirements to file it.

Yes; however, in order to file a petition at the USCIS field office in Haiti, you (the petitioner) will have to be residing there on a long-term stay visa or residence permit for 6 or more months preceding the time the petition was filed. Tourist visa extensions will not count.
