I've heard that before. Not too long ago.

Jun 2008: Pickup truck, SUV sales run out of gas

Dec 2008: With gas falling, trucks come back - Pickups and SUVs will outsell cars this month, according to sales trackers at Edmunds.com.

We're just on the front-end of that same cycle once more.

Most of those SUV eat lots of gas and i have a small car i can steal the parking spots faster then they can are so bulky.

The price has been hiking about ten cents a day for the last few days in my area. Yesterday, it was $4.299 for regular at the Shell off Shiloh Rd in Windor, California. I told the wife, maybe we will have to stay home this year, instead of driving to SoCal to see my relatives around Easter. She was bummed all day.

There is a growing crime due to high gas prices. Police caught a van parked next to a car in a suspicious position. They found a man siphoning off gas from the car :bonk:
