N-400 and IRS

Hello

I am wanting to send my N-400 application but we have taxes overdue. I am really confusing on what to send with the application, money order, irs transcripts, copies of gc and birth certificate of husband. I have read these are the things I can send first then at the time of the interview is when I need to bring the all the original documents as well as the payments arrangement with the irs. Is this true? Also other questions is is true that in order to get a arrangement with the irs I need to pay for a form to get that "arrangement"...

To answer the IRS question:

IRS payment plans, installment agreements online

Apply for an installment agreement

Apply online if you owe $50,000 or less in combined individual income tax, penalties and interest;

Call the phone number on your bill or notice;

Complete and mail Form 9465-FS, Installment Agreement Request (PDF).

If you owe more than $50,000, you will also need to complete Form 433-F, Collection Information Statement (PDF).

6/16/11~ NOA1 email and text message Case routed to CSC (Priority Date)
7/12/11~ The 'Money Order' Incident/Returned to Tennessee
8/03/11~ TOUCHED!
3/2/12~ APPROVED! NOA2!

NVC Electronic Processing- Montreal- 19 Days

3/21/12~ Received case number & IIN 20 Days after NOA2
