Yet another I-864 question

Hi guys.

Hopefully getting my NOA2 in a few weeks (maybe?) so I'm preparing for the aftermath of that.

My US resident wife is unemployed (she only just went home after spending 6 months here), so although she'll still sign an I-864, she won't qualify as a sponsor, so I have a few questions:

1) Does she tick the petitioner box, or the "first of two joint sponsors" box?

2) Does the joint sponsor tick the first or second joint sponsor box?

3) If my wife's brother co-sponsors us, and he lives alone, and just my wife and I will live in her house, does he have to meet 125% of a 3-person household? How does that work exactly?

The joint sponsor's household count is whomever is currently living in the household plus the intending immigrant. If your joint sponsor currently lives alone, then their household count would be 2 (joint sponsor and intending immigrant).
