I have had my application in the pipeline for months and finally they have sent a 5 page letter asking for alot more information which seem alot more difficult.. Like they are asking to 'submit evaluation from an official who has authority to grant college level credit for training and/or experience in speciality at an accredited college or university, which has a program for granting such credit based on an individuals training and/or work experience'. My experience is from 2 countries and courses from 2 other countries so no idea how to do that...

Has anyone applied for H1B and had to submit alot more info and get approved?

I really need help

Thx

Are you using experience instead of qualifications?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I have experience and some qualifications.

theyre also asking for more info on business - nature, scope and activity of business enterprise along with evidence to establish the beneficiary will be employed with duties you have set forth, i already sent business plan so thats not enough?

they want copies of contractual agreements or work orders from each company's who will utilize beneficiary's services... dont know how to do that when firstly the company deals with houshold business not companys..

Is this the first time this company is trying to get a H1B? They should have sent most of this stuff in, not you. What type of job title will you have, and what experience and qualifications do you have to match?

It sounds like they don;t believe a foreigner is needed for this job.
