my mother is sponsoring us and she was unemployed for part of the year in 2010 for the i-864 does she add her unemployment income with her job income she made that year or does she only put her job income where it ask for the tax information??

She states her income from the tax return. That would be line 22 on a 1040 or adjusted gross income if she filed the 1040EZ. Tax returns are about history. Sponsors qualify based on current income.
