It makes me confuse because its 2 MUNICIPALITY FORM 7 & 8 that i need. I got the form 8 that is "ADVICE OF INTENDED MARRIAGE", but the form 7 i didn't, i asked the lady from our city hall she said they dont have a form 7.

But the example that i saw from the member of VJ it's 2 form. Is it OK that i only got form 8? Or is it Ok that i can ask my parent to give me hand written " Swore statement that advice of parents and guardian?

By the way i am 24 years old turning 25 this June.
