Investment accounts, bank accounts, credit cards, car titles, lease, mortgage, employer benefits, and tax returns are the best as it show the combining of assets and liabilities like any ordinary couple. Pitcures, utility bills, even affadavits from friends or family are secondary evidence as they are easily faked. They want to see that you are willing to share your life with the foreign spouse.

We are still one year away from being able to file for ROC, but the wife has her own bank account, is on the joint account, on a joint CC, on my life insurance at work, on my health insurance at work, on the investment accounts, we filed last year's taxes as joint, but she is not on the mortgage. I hope it is enough for us. You can only give them what you have and explain why you have done things the way you have done them.

Good luck,

Dave
