:thumbs: Good News Today I have received Email from USCIS Saying that my petiton for my spouse I 130 Was approved on Oct 2nd. I was waiting on my I 129F approval so i can get my wife early to US. Its been 16 months Since marriage.

let me ask u this from ur timeline..so u filed ur I 130 even before u became a USC.. and applied I 129 F after u became a USC...

does this hurt the process of K3 ??

I really dont know , I hope not , my K3 is being touched in last 3 days and i think what i read from this board or usics website that you have to file K3 when I 130 is pending. I pray to god that K3 should approve quickly.
