Hi Congratulations for the scheduled interview. :)

1. When I had my medical exam last month on the first day I went at the clinic around 8:30 am until 3:30pm. The 2nd day as well as the last day, I went there around 2pm till 6:30pm. At the end of your 1st day of medical St. Lukes will give you an appointment for the 2nd day of your medical exam. There is no online appointment for medical exam but there is a pre-registration online that saves time when u get there. And u can print and bring the copy of the registration for your medical exam.

2. a. You need to bring your passport make a copy of it.

b. NOA2 or NVC letter containing your MNL#

c. 3 pcs Visa photos (2x2) with white background

3. In my experience I had mine for 2 days. I got the result on the second day of my medical

exam. That is if there is no problem with the x-ray, scars etc.

4. It is advise to have the medical 1 week before the interview. Or you can go to interview for as long as you completed your medical exam.

5. Maybe someone can help you in your last question. Hope someone can can add advice or can correct me if I am wrong.

This is the link for the DS forms http://travel.state.gov/visa/forms/forms_1342.html

Hope this helps..

1. No need to call for an appointment. Its a walk in. However, you can fill up forms online under St. Lukes website to save time when you get there.

2. Bring 2x2 pictures, MNL case number, passport

3. Medical exam will take 2 days. 1st day is full physical exam and xray. 2nd day is the result, as to whether her xray is clear and no other problems then she can now proceed with her vaccines. Medical results will be forwarded to the US embassy by St. Lukes. She will only be given vaccination records and chest xray result in a cd on the 2nd day. Again, only if her xray is clear and no other problems.

4. It is best to have medical done at least a week before the interview. Refer to # 2.

5. You mean DS 157? I am not sure about that but when paying for the visa fee at BPI, they only give you receipt and that reciept should be kept and bring it on the day for the interview.

1.Do I need to call to schedule for medical exam in ST.Luke's? or is it a first come first served basis?

No need to schedule. St. Luke’s Medical Center Extension Clinic (SLMCEC) is a first come first served basis.

St. Luke’s Medical Center Extension Clinic (SLMCEC)

FEES

2.What documents I will need to bring during the medical exams?

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml#required-docs

NVC Letter with MNL# or just the MNL#

Pre-registration form - http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/

4 pieces recent 2x2 visa photos

Valid passport

Photocopy of Passport Biographic/Data Page, the page in the passport that contains the applicant's photo and information

3.How long it takes before she get the result of her medical exam?

Typical Medicals is 2 days but can be 3 or more days depending on examination.

4.Can I go medical exam 3days before my k1 visa interview?

I would advise getting out the way. Just in case there are unforeseen issues or additional days required from SLMCEC.

5.In Ds-167 form what does it mean validate from BPI when I went there they don't give form when I ask they just give me a BPI 2 receipts of tellers validation.I really don't understand Pls.help me.and where and can download ds form online?

The BPI receipt is need at your interview as proof of payment. Keep that receipt in safe place.

We also needed a police certificate from Hong Kong, 2 weeks after receiving MNL#, NVC sent a letter with the case #, fiancee's name and EAC #, then she took it to window #38, at the u.s embassy, and they gave her the proper forms for filing for HK police certificate. 4-6 weeks for processing. After getting the forms we scheduled the interview. good luck
