I am employement based greeen card just got approved with i-140 will be going for Consular processing previous H1b denial for this same employer, will i have issues again on the interview..please help

If you have been refused a visa for fraud you will need a waiver among other things.

Difficult to see it happening.

But something that your Employers Lawyer can best explain, they will be much more familiar with the details.

i was never given a document that says Fraud on 221g or whatever thing, it was a just a word from Interview officer, and by the way the company was not a fraud since all the documents were sent to consular, including US Tax documents etc, i think it was a misinterpretation by the officer, USCIS has approved the company petition severally, my self i have a Masters (US university) with experience too, what do yu think?.

Look back on what you have posted, you have provided very little information.

You have a Lawyer who hopefully has all the information.

Check with your lawyer, from what little information you have provided it seems your H1 b was refused and the same lawyer has gone ahead and filed GC for you.

It would be good idea to check with him what to expect in interview.
