Filing I1-30 (puting more than one address )

Timeline

I was told to put adress in which i resided 5 years ago. my question is, Its the same country but i lived in different areas in that country.. I lived in philippines Cebu for 2 years but during those years, Ive been changing a lot of address because i couldnt find the right apartment where im comfrtabel with.. what is the best options i pu. will i just put the country Philippines, cebu from 2007-2008? without specification which address?

You must specify each address!!!If does not fit all address when using the form I-G325A write additional information on separate sheet and attach that with form

and write down " The information here provided is submitted in connection with an application G325-A...QUESTION..... (date and sign).
