We have finally joined the batch waiting to process and complete AOS.

My wife and children arrived in August 2011. We have been waiting and trying to ssave up the 4K that is required to start this process, but it seemd as we stashed a little away it was needed elsewhere.

Anyway we have started this journey and hope USCIS is faster for AOS than it was for our K1.

I thought the AOS was only 985 + 85 =1070 for K1, Then 635 for each K2. Why is it costing you 4K ?

You are correct as long as they are below 17 the price is about 635.

I had two of her sons that were above 17 but below 21 so they were full price of 1070. The third is only 9 so he was 635.

1070 - Wife

1070 - Child 1 (19)

1070 - Child 2 (17)

635 - child 3 (9)

Hope that makes sense.

Actually it's only if they're under 14 that it's 635 and even then only if filed concurrently with the mothers. Either way.. ouchies!
