Make sure you check every forum and if anyone announces anything, tell them congratulations. Even if say, your SO if from Argentina, you post in the Canada forum, or RUB forum. Reply to posts anywhere you possibly can. And of course, welcome all new members, add them as friends, call them, hang out with them, invite them over for dinner, etc.
