I suspect it was the wanton waste of chocolate. ;)

Although, in defence of the poster, it did involve a Hershey's Kiss, which bears only a passing resemblance to chocolate at best.

Obscenity is in the eye of the beholder. This is not an upper forum, what passes for inappropriate in those forums is not the same as it is in here. What is obscene is context specific. I have no choice but to abide by your decision.

Suffice to say three members of the Moderation team did find the post inappropriate. Also remember, we respond to reports - and there was a report about this particular post from someone who found it offensive.

It was a medical chart of how to use a Hersey's Kiss as a suppository. Someone found that offensive, I'll bet that they're not getting enough fibre in their diet.
