Hi,

1) My wife recently had her Dad passed away (only her Mom and her in the family now), and moved to a different address from the one on I-130 (she is in AP-Additional Processing due to white slip after interview last year). What should she do about the status change?

2) She is currently under 1-yr treatment for "elevated white blood cell count" which requires expensive shot every week for a year and she was told she could have leukemia if not treated (she can have the doctor letter about her condition), etc...Is there any way she or I could do to have the US Consulate speeding up on the AP process and issue her a visa?

Please advise. Thanks.

1. She has to inform to the Visa Center that she has changed her address, and do it by hard copies (papers). At your side, pls do not change your address, see: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa

2. You can collect all of her treatment documents, translate and submit all of them + a letter to the Senator (in the state) where you are living now to ask for a favor.
