I-484 filing with TPS status

My husband and I have filed the I-130 and I-484 about two weeks ago. We received the receipts Notice of Action already. He is currently under TPS status from El Salvador. The renewal for TPS is ongoing currently and closes on March 12, 2012, we have been advised by several organizations to renew the TPS and pay the filing for the I-765 Employment Authorization. When reading the instructions on uscis website, it states that when a I485 is pending you don't have to pay the filing fee for I-765. I'm confused... do we have to pay the fee or not? And do we have to submit two I765 forms, one for the I-485 pkg and one for the TPS pkg? If someone could please help me clear this up? Thanks!

How is your AOS doing? Any updates?

I filed the same and did not file for I-765 since it expires in 2013.

06/20-(day 20)- Email received (Saying error fixed)

07/13-(day 43)Email: reused most recent biometrics, awaiting Indie status

09/10-(day 103)Humanitarian Expedite Request

9/13-(day 106) Interview October 17TH (TOTAL 139 DAYS)

9/17-APPROVED ON THE SPOT AND STAMP ON PASSPORT WHICH EXPIRES IN ONE YR!!!
