Divya Rao Congratulations!!!! great news and u hav the PCC ready..u r ahead. How did u contact ur congressman I have sent him an e-mail now. My priority date is Aug 15th and still waiting for NOA 2. :((

Hi DennyBless,

First off, thanks so much. My husband downloaded the Privacy Act release form, filled it out, typed out a covering letter with all the necessary info, and faxed the same to the gentleman's office, followed by a call a couple of hours later. This happened on Saturday. On Wednesday, he received an email from the Congressman's office stating that we would get an adjudication in 30 days, but later the same day both of us received emails from USCIS that our petition has been approved.

You'll get yours too in the next few days, I'm sure. Many blessings to you.

Thank you so much MandyBear. Btw, I'm the beneficiary and my husband is the petitioner. I went ahead and got my PCC already, cos I've lived in two different states too. So now I've everything ready to be couriered to my husband for the NVC.

Oh Wow! I knew that and don't know how I missed it! ;) IE: You're the beneficiary.

Thank you a ton for letting me know you got your ahead of time. We're going to go to the Passport Office in Pune this week and apply for his PCC. We haven't yet gotten the NOA1 so I want to try and get as much out of the way as possible now.

Keep us all updated on your journey! Good Luck!!

Yeah, I think it's the right time to go ahead and get your PCC so that you don't have any further delays at the NVC stage.
