hello vj members,,

Finally we found a sponsor..but i just wanna ask if they are ok to be my sponsor..My husband's friend income is not qualified for the poverty guideline so we ask his wife if she can be my sponsor and then she said yes..her income is enough to support like 5 to 6 persons..but they are joint taxes..so they fill up 2 forms..I-864 for the wife and I864a for husband..is that ok if only the wife who could reach the poverty guideline?am i good to go to submit it to the USEM and get my visa asap??..thanks in advance:)

review again, if 'to reach' or 'go beyond'.

if is 'go beyond', then i suggest it should be ok.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

She is making $36,000 a year and his husband is making $15,000 a year..so they fill up the i864 and the i864a..they just did to sign forms cuz they are joint taxes but my real sponsor would be the wife cuz she makes more money than the husband..do you think its fine?

The real sponsor is you. The joint sponsor is the wife. The household member of the joint sponsor is the husband. Yes, that's fine.
