Hey Everyone,

My fiancee and I have a quick question for you. I am UK beneficiary, we have just received notice that our case has been forwarded to the London embassy.

We are concerned about the first three months when I am ineligible to work. My current job has offered to let me work from the US via remote access for a few months, but still employed and paid from the UK.

Will this interfere with the Visa in anyway??

Thank you all for your help

Tom and Ashley.
