Hello Everyone just wanted to know its been 8 months after the interview whenever call Dos Pending Administrative Process how long it can take and there is no update so far last time we heard there are several updates in End of December but right now no update or nothing will you tell us how long it can go with 221g Administrative Process thanks.

Call your senator or congressman in your City and get them involved.

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

If the case is under AP it can take a while for it to clear. Things have to investigated manually than all processed on a computer (name checks and the such like). You can try and contact a congressman but from looking on here and other forums, it takes however long it does. It's really impossible to give you an idea of an exact timeline of how long AP will take.

NOA 1 received and routed to CSC - 9/22/2011

Petition Touched - 9/27/2011

Expedite Request sent - 02/24/2012

NOA 2 - 03/21/2012 (without need for expedite)

NVC Receive - 04/09/2012

Case Number Assigned -

Adil I feel your pain,I told Emmy to try and contact the other senator in her state, I have contacted out senator here and they are being very nice I hope you guys hear something very soon,
