Hello everyone, I have a couple of more questions on I-864 but this time on the one my dad is filling out. On Part 4 Q. 20 Military Service (To be completed by petitioner sponsors only.); does my dad leave this question blank? Then on Part 5 Sponsor’s household size. Where would I go under, since I was a dependent on my dad’s 2010 taxes do I go under letter d or e? I am confused on this questions because I am married and 24 yrs of age.

What visa are you AOSing from? Are you the immigrant or the USC sponsoring a spouse? Is your father sponsoring you for a GC?

We can't give you answers without knowing your situation (and some people don't have the time or inclination to read prior posts to see if they can find all this out). I see you have 2 other posts about the I-864 which include more info. I would suggest you CONTINUE on those threads with the same info rather than starting another thread unless it's a different form/situation (for instance you have another about the I-765 so it's good to have that separate).

:time: and update your profile info

Your dad is not the petitioner, so yes, he leaves that blank.

Is your dad going to use his 2010 as the most recent taxes? Were you on his taxes as a dependent for 2011? If you weren't, I would have him wait until you file the 2011 taxes and use a copy of those instead. You would not be listed as a dependent of his then. If he does go ahead and include you in his household size, then he would put you under d.
