Your fiancee has to know everything about you and if she didnt even know you were married when you met should be cause for concern. Also, why would you petition your fiancee if she might be pregnant by another man? From an outside point of view it doesnt seem like you two have a very honest relationship with each other.

why would i petition if she is pregnant by another man? because i love her ?

relationship does not seem honest? what relationship is 100% honest and how many people that are married cheat? 55% ofr americans have cheated on their spouses.

but all in all i am ready to move to kenya to be with her if she gets denied. nothing can stop us from being together nothing

I am not sure how far along you are in the process...it would be helpful if you would please fill out your timeline :time:

Just a thought...how pregnant is she??? Will her interview be scheduled BEFORE the baby is born? (highly unlikely if you just started the process) If not, what are you going to do if the Nairobi Embassy makes her take a DNA test and they find that the baby is not yours???? Do you think she will be granted a visa to the US? There is no way that will happen if the baby isn't yours. Just something to think about. I apologize for being judgmental, but I have to agree with Rebecca616.

Also, one more note...."what relationship is 100% honest"...just the simple fact that you said that isn't good. Relationships should be a 100% honest...and nobody should cheat on anybody, everrrrrrr.

I don't see why having a baby with someone else would make her ineligible. Granted, he would have to petition for the baby as well, which won't be an USC, but it isn't impossible or unheard of.

USCIS [*] 22 Nov. 2011 - I-129 package sent; [*] 25 Nov. 2011 - Package delivered; [*] 25 Nov. 2011 - NOA1/petition received and routed to the California Service Center; [*] 30 Nov. 2011 - Touched/confirmation though text message and email; [*] 03 Dec. 2011 - Hard copy received; [*]24 April 2012 - NOA2 (no RFEs)/text message/email/USCIS account updated; [*] 27 April 2012 - NOA2 hard copy received.

NVC [*] 14 May 2012 - Petition received by NVC ; [*] 16 May 2012 - Petition left NVC.

EMBASSY [*] 18 May 2012 - Petition arrived at the US Embassy in Bucharest; [*] 22 May 2012 - Package 3 received; [*] 24 May 2012 - Package sent to the consulate, interview date set; [*] 14 June 2012 - Interview date, approved.

POE [*] 04 July 2012 - Minneapolis/St.Paul. [*] 16 September 2012 - Wedding Day!

AOS/EAD/AP [*] 04 February 2013 - AOS/EAD/AP package sent; [*] 07 February 2013 - AOS/EAD/AP package delivered; [*] 12 February 2013 - NOA1 text messages/emails; [*] 16 February 2013 - NOA1 received in the regular mail; [*] 28 February 2013 - Biometrics letter received (appointment date, March 8th); [*] 04 March 2013 - Biometrics walk-in completed (9 out of 10 fingerprints taken, pinky would not give in); [*] 04 April 2013 - EAD/AP card approved; [*] 11 April 2013 - Combo card sent/tracking number obtained; [*] 15 April 2013 - Card delivered.

[*] 15 May 2013 - Moved from MN to LA; [*] 17 May 2013 - Applied for a new SS card/filed an AR-11 online (unsuccessfully), therefore called and spoke to a Tier 2 and changed the address; [*] 22 May 2013 - Address updated on My Case Status (finally can see the case numbers online); [*] 28 May 2013 - Letter received in the mail confirming the change of address; [*] 31 July 2013 - Went to Romania; [*] 12 September 2013 - returned to the US using the AP, POE Houston, everything went smoothly; [*] 20 September 2013 - Spoke to a Tier2 and put in a service request; [*] 23 September 2013 - Got "Possible Interview Waiver" letter (originally sent on August, 29th to my old address, returned and re-routed to my current address); [*] 1 October 2013 - Started a new job.

I understand ~ was only giving my opinion as the Nairobi Embassy is not an easy Embassy to go through.

red flag blue flag green flag.

i love her and we really dont have to live in the usa , we can live anywhere else in the world, if you really love someone you be with them regardless of the situation.

the only flag im not taking is the WHITE flag of surrender. because they can deny us a visa but cant deny us being together.

That's a great attitude! If you love each other, you do what you want.

As per the information that's been provided on your specific question; everyone is just letting you know that this could be a big issue.

So now, you have two choices:

1) File and see what happens

2) Don't file and go wherever the wind takes you with her.

Good luck and best wishes!

I'm sorry, I had missed the part that you had already filed.

Then, I'm afraid, all you CAN do is wait. It's out of your control and nothing can be done until the interview happens and they give you an approval or denial.

Try to stay positive, perhaps (and God willing) everything will be ok and you have nothing to worry about; but, at least, now you know that this could be a really big problem. You didn't plan on it to being this way, but it is what it is.

Aside from the opinions on the experienced members, I don't see how anything else anyone can say, could solve or modify your own and unique process.

Step away from the computer.... this will only cause more anxiety and uncertainty. Like I said, this situation is beyond your control, or ours for that matter.......

That's all a good start.

It you piled the I129-F after you were free to marry it should not be a problem. It you were not free to marry you will probably be denied.

My advice would be to find out if the child is yours, it it is not it might be hard to take them from the their home country and them a USC.

Relationships should be honest, in my opinion and I would suggest transpancy in your relationship, especially now. They can ask almost anything in the interview and your fiancée must know the answer(s) or she could be denied.

I would look into what it takes to live in her country just in case as well and be prepared to defile IF your petition is denied or for RFE's / AP.

If he would fill out his timeline, it would make it easier for us to help him, and we would have known all this already. Geez! :)
