Hello everybody,

I'm an F-1 Student that is currently filing AOS package after getting marry with my husband in the U.S.

However, I got a bit confused with form I-864 and hope that someone in this forum could help me resolve my question:

My husband (USC) is currently in school and working part-time. Hence, his salary is not sufficient to fill out the I-864 alone for me. That's why we decide to put his parent as household member. In fact, we all live together. However, I just know that his parents already sponsored 2 others people (their friends, I believe) and have his brother as a dependent.

My question is: In part 5 of I-864, question 21 concerns sponsor's household size:

- Should I count 7 members altogether? (me, my husband, his parents, his brother, and the two friends. I believe that his parent salary is sufficient to support all 7 members.)

- Is there any other relevant document that I should send to the USCIS to make my case clear. I already finish:

I864A for my husband and his parents

Their Tax return transcript and W-2

Thank you so much for your help and patient!
