Hi.. by the way I'm Arvin and I'm new in this forum.. I just want to ask if you're a nurse in Saipan which is under US Territory and you already worked there for almost 9 months is it possible for you to apply for an immigrant visa without having a company sponsor your since you've already been working and almost living there for 9 years.. If yes.. what would be the minimum years you need to work in the US to apply for an immigrant visa without an employer sponsoring you?

Another thing.. If I'm willing to apply for a student visa and I'm planning to be a working student in the United States.. A nurse to be exact do i need to go to an agency or can I just file an application to the school that I'm planning to go to?

Every Answer and Help will be very much appreciate.. Thank You Guys!

Google Nursing Retrogression.

As I know nothing about your Mother it would be impossible to comment. She might want to consult with an Immigration Lawyer as to what options are practical in her circumstances.
