Congrat's!!!! I travel every month to the Phils and I alway's use Delta. I have used them all, unless your traveling from Manila non-stop on 1 airline, I would go with Delta. Delta will take care of all if something goes wrong and they will fly you directly to Boston. Narita or Nagoya are very easy to make a connection and if your plane is running a little late they will hold up the U.S bound flights to get everyone on. There will also be filipino's traveling through Japan on her flight as well and she can always ask a question.

The old horror stories of bag's missing and not making it really doesn't happen anymore with the Technology their using these days. Of course if your flying on 2 to 3 different airlines your chances of problems grow a little.

It's going to be a crazy day/trip for her with lots of emotions, make it easy on her... I know everbody can't do this, but I will be flying with mine. I want to share in the experience. That's of course if she get's approved, haha...
