I've been approved on Sept 26th, welcome letter mailed on 27th and approval notice mailed on 30th.

Up to now I see nothing in my mailbox. Is there a problem? I called USCIS just few days before being approved. I'm a bit worried even though I called USCIS to change my address and mailed the the AR 11 and wrote to the service centers where I have case pending. Now I would like to know how it's take USCIS to process my change of address. The lady I spoke to over the phone seemed to be putting my new address right away in the computer.

The E-mail I received say this:

This case has been approved. On September 30, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.

Does this mean that they have a problem with my address? Or is this a standard message? Anyone got a similar message?

That only means that as if you didnt get any mail from USCIS in 30 days call them and change your address, theres nothing wrong with your paper. They are just informing you that they sent it in the address that is in their system, so if you dont get it in the mail in 30 days call them ok.
