My dad filed an I-130 for my mom,my sister and I in 2011August,we Recieved our FP appointment in 2011September and were Recieved our EAD in 2011October, We also Recieved a transfer notice the day before out FP appointment that our I-130 & I-485 case was Transfered to CSC. I was hoping that we would've of been approved by 2012January ,but it's Feb and we still haven't heard back from them yet, Last week my dad made a call to USCIS and the spokesperson informed him that the case was outside of the normal processing time and he'll make a service request to CSC and they will contact us in 30 days.

Can anyone give me some insight on what we should be expecting and does the service request?
