Help! Ive lost my packet 3 letter

Ive just gone to call up and book my medical but Ive lost my packet 3 letter. It was in my folder but now its nowhere to be found. Will the embassy send me another one? Can I call for my LDN number? :crying:

*NOA2 (no RFE) - 26th January 2012* *AOS, EAD, & AP arrive at Chicago Lockbox - 28th June 2012* NOA1 - 26th March 2015 (arrived 3/4/15)

*Packet 3 sent - 27th February 2012* *Email notification of receipt - 3rd July 2012* *No biometrics letter - Service Request submitted 5/4/15
*Medical - February 28th 2012* *Check cashed - 7th July 2012* *Still no biometrics letter - 2nd Service Request submitted - 8/6/15

You dont need packet three letter for anything all it does is give you instructions for whats next, u cat get a link here for packet three. Also if you call DOS they can give you the LND number over the phone, so no need to panic. xx

Thank you. I called the embassy, got my case number and Ive now booked my medical for a week tomorrow.
