Below is what I plan on sending in my I-751 packet. I'd appreciate it if people could look it over and tell me anything else I should put in there. Unfortunately my lease expired and I'm going month to month, so I can't provide a lease agreement that we are both on.

Document demonstrating beneficiary of Roth IRA account

Statement from dental insurance demonstrating dependent status

Copies of health insurance cards demonstrating dependent status

Document demonstrating joint ownership of renter's insurance policy

Copies of savings account statements demonstrating joint nature of account

Copies of checking account statements demonstrating joint nature of account

Copies of Visa credit cards demonstrating joint signing ability on account

Copies of MasterCard credit cards demonstrating joint signing ability on account

Copy of 2010 tax transcript demonstrating joint filling status

Copy of 2011 1040 demonstrating joint filling status

Travel document demonstrating trip together to Denver in October 2011

Travel document demonstrating trip together to Denver in May 2011

Photographs of us as a couple on vacation and at the weddings of two friends

Don't forget to add copy of your passport and birth certificates of any children together. otherwise it looks good!

Do they really need a copy of my passport? I don't see that listed in the evidence anywhere. Is it the passport of the US citizen or of the foreign spouse?
