teddy000 - Play safe and consult a lawyer. You are not going to get an answer either here or at immigration.com forum. The bigger issue is not about paying back taxes, it is about working under the table when you were on F-1. Only a good immigration lawyer can advise you better.

I agree with the others, get a lawyer, you might need it and only he can consult you correctly.

From my own point of view (but, mind you, I'm no lawyer), I see several issues. One is that you worked under the table and didn't file taxes. Even if you make only 10 bucks, you still have to report it with the IRS, you will be exempted from paying income tax but you still have to report it. I work for myself, I get paid in cash but I DO report it to the IRS and state taxes. Another thing I wonder about is how much you are allowed to actually work on a student visa, isn't there some kind of rule to that? I believe you are either not at all, or only very limited allowed to work under that visa so besides having a problem with the IRS, you might also have one with USCIS and, yes, it's better to consult with a lawyer for these reasons.

I wish you the best of luck!

Second that.

When I was on a F-1, I did work for the school I was attending and I did file taxes, even though at that time, was not even thinking of being a LPR at any point. The main difference would be that I was entitled to work at the college and of course, I was in the payroll. I was a research assistant, not getting rich but enough to actually pay taxes, which later on have been counted towards social security credits.
