Birth certificate on K-1 Interview

Hello everyone,

I have a quick question, does the beneficiary need to bring his birth certificate as well as the petitioner birth certificate? If so, does he have to bring the original or a copy is fine?

Which country? Check the website where the interview will be conducted for specific requirements. Generally, only the beneficiary needs to bring an original certified copy to the Visa Interview. The petitioner has already satisfied the requirement for proof of citizenship with the USCIS, or the petition, which is the basis for the interview, would not have been approved.
