yes you need your wifes signature and it needs to be in ink.

if no alien registration number then put "none".

yes put "other" and "I-130"

your wifes form will be just like yours only it will have her information on it... just put "none" for social security number if she doesnt have one

Blue ink pen for all signatures. They must be able to tell which is the original document. Good Luck. Many blessings.

The above is correct except the foreigner's signature is not required on the G325a bearing their information. While not required, it is a best practice to file a G325a bearing the signature in blue ink. Since you'll also need a passport photo, unless you already have it, why not just email her the completed G325a, have her print and sign it, then ship it back to you with two passport photos. You'll need one now and one at the NVC stage.

That's fine but not necessary.

Are you sure? I've always understood that any missing signature is a certain RFE?

Thanks, I almost had a heart attack because one of our papers was signed in black ink.

are there really for pages to the G325a form the one i downloaded only had 2

No, the G325a is only one page plus an instructions page.

Yes, I'm sure but the foreigner's signature on their own G325a is the only exception. Still a best practice to get it anyway, since the passport photo is generally going to need to be mailed to the USC before filing.

Hi! I just would like to ask if I need a blue colored pen to fill out the g-325a form including the signature. Thank you :)

No. Fill it out on the computer or with black ink. Only signature in blue. this is specific to the G-325A only.

Thanks you. I just want to make sure I got it correctly. What about the letter of intent? Do I need to sign using blue ink or I can use black ink on it?
