i-130 August 2011 & Waiting!!

hi, well i am from trinidad,my husband is a citizen in the U.S we were married last year 5th june 2011, he filed i1-30 for me on 23rd august 2011, first NOA was received about a week after he also filed a i1-29f on 12th september,was'nt aware that was not important. so we are going in our 6th month waitin on our approval, jus want to say waiting sucks!!

and everytime we contact our service centre theay are saying there is a back-up. it hurts so bad being away from my husband.. love you hunni,thank god for skype!!

August filer also and still waiting for NOA2 from both I-130 & K-3.. I called today and they said they're processing applications that were accepted in August 2nd. So hopefully I will hear something soon. But some people get their NOA2 very quickly on both cases. I'm kind of paranoid; what if I did something with the application. This whole waiting thing is very frustrating. I miss my husband so much and we both hate it how we have to wait for so long. :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

which path do you plan to take ?

I filed for K3 but i got both approved on same day 3/1/12.

So now at NVC, looks like i'm on CR1.

like many said K3 is no longer and it looks like that for me
