Those of you who filed your K1 just receitly, is the fee still $170.00? I know that they sometimes change their fee and don't update their website for a while. I am sending mine in today and want to avoid my application being returned for this reason.

You can check on the USCIS website to be sure that the fee is still $170. It probably is since they changed it only a couple months ago.

chk on the USCIS webite under forms they have the recent updates

It was $170 when i applied in Nov05

PARENTS JOURNEY

Dec 10 - sent I130 for Mom & Dad

Jan- Recd NOA1

Feb- Recd RFE for missing BC

Mar- Recd RFE for missing BC

Apr- NOA2 Case approved

May- NVC case #

May- paid $88 AOS FEE

I sent my application in last Tuesday and it is definitely still 170. I had sent it in on Feb. 11 with a postdated check (I read somewhere, not sure now where, it was okay to send postdated check if it was no more than 5 days postdated...but that's not true..they sent the papers (which had been partially processed) back asking for another check).
