Hi guys and gals,

My husband's temporary green card will expire on 7/10/12. I was wondering when do we send Removal of status? What else do i need to send with it??

You can send the the I-751 removal of status, within the 90 days just preceding the expiration date on his permanent residence card.

Removal of Conditions needs to be filed within the 90 days just prior to the expiration of the 2-yr green card. No sooner though.

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.

~7/1/2014~ Our son's first trip to Morocco

~03/17/2018~ Filed N-400

~04/09/2018~ Biometrics

~6/13/2018~ Off to Morocco, my parents in tow!

~10/23/2018~ Interview, approved

~11/7/2018~ Oath Ceremony

Third file Form I-751 within 90 days before his conditional green card expires.Do not to file Form I751 before the 90-day window because if he sents too early, the USCIS will return his I751 application.

Cover letter

Payment fee

Form I-751, Petition to Remove the Conditions on Residence

Copy of the Green Card (Front and Back)

Utility bills and other types of bills which have both of your names on them.

Credit card bills

Copy of Car, health, or life insurance that has both of your names on the policy or the other spouse listed as the beneficiary.

A deed, showing co-ownership of your property or a lease agreement with both of your names on the lease.

Bank statement spanning the two years.

Transcript from IRS, IF YOU THE LAST 2 years it's better. Call IRS and they will fax over in 30minutes.

Notarized letters from friends and relatives

Birth certificate of any children that have been born to your marriage.

Documentation of any vacations that you have taken, including flight itineraries, hotel bills

Pictures of you together

Copies of Christmas cards and other holiday cards addressed to you both

Copy of 401K or other retirement plan
