I want to know if we apply for a visa for my wife now, are the chances good or bad that she will get it? (Based on the fact that we just got married.)

I have been working here since last May, I have a 1 year visa, and notify my residence every 90 days. It expires May 31 this year.

I was told by someone and I am hopeing to apply for her visa with DCF here in Bangkok.

Any problems with this if we apply before my visa/work permit expire?

We just got married about 1 week ago. (No wedding party yet, We are planning right now to have the party around August this year. Hope to leave for America right after to have a wedding there also for my family.)

Engaged 1 year ago (I gave a big dowry for this) My mother visited us and her family when we got engaged.

We have been together and living next door to each other for 1-2 years.

Know each other 2 years.

For the past 2 years we traveled all over Thailand together and with her family. We have many photos of the places we went.

Sounds good, nothing wrong with petitioning soon after the legal wedding.
