Hi Every one,

My wife received her Conditional G Card almost 2 years ago, now I'm in process of helping her file the I-751 for removing the condition from it. also it shows that her Green card expires about 90 days from now, which she used this G Card as a work permit to obtain Job in the US. I just checked on the USCIS's website and I have noticed that it takes at least 7 months to finish the review process and obtain the new G-Card, now what will happen to her work permit when her G Card expires? do I have extra paper work in mean while to obtain a new work permit while they are reviwing her application?

Orginialy 2 years ago, when she received the G Card, I contacted the USCIS and asked them about work permit, they told me that the G-Card is her work permit and she shouldn't expect any thing else.

Thanks,

Kia
