K-1 Visa process Questions

My fiance and I are about to begin the process that will bring him here. We have a few questions though.

1) We have read that you only need a select few pictures for the initial package. Is this true? If so would 5 or so suffice and save the rest for the rest of the process?

2) Would a picture with my Dutch fiance and my daughter count as evidence or a picture of my daughter and my fiance then a separate picture of me and my daughter taken in the exact spot just a few seconds apart count?

3) Is it ok if we print out the pictures ourselves instead of using a kiosk?
